Foundations course and yoga mat
4 60 minute lessons in a course perfect for those curious about yoga or brushing up on the fundamentals of technique in a workshop-style class. We’ll cover pranayama (breathing techniques), sun salutations, bandhas, and analysis of common asana (yoga poses) to help you feel strong, prepared and confident to go forward with your yoga practice!
Learning will be supplemented with access to weekly videos enhancing and revising your learning.
This option includes a sticky grip yoga mat.
Runs Sundays at 9:15, the Jetty, Greenwich Peninsula on April 26th, May 3rd, 10th, and 17th. If you cannot attend a session, it can be exchanged for class credit to attend the 10:30 class on another date.
