I am delighted to offer a range of classes that span birth to adulthood. Classes are online and in-person. My current public schedule is detailed below. Please contact me for 1:1, semi-private classes, school and corporate classes.

I offer a range of class styles for adults.
ASHTANGA STYLE
In Ashtanga-style classes I share a practice based on the primary series, with emphasis on the breath, bandhas, and encouraging full-body awareness through cues not just for physical placement but also sensation and muscle activation. By practicing a similar sequence each time, one might not only be better able to notice subtle changes between classes or over time, but also develop focus and awareness of deeper aspects of the experience. This is the science experiment of asana styles!
YIN
In yin yoga we explore staying present with gentle, subtle sensations in mainly floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes. These passive stretches allow us to access the ligaments, tendons, fascia and sometimes even the bones, applying gentle stresses that may stimulate the meridians as well as stimulate regeneration of tissues and lengthen the muscles in ways that more active, yang, practices cannot.
YIN/YANG or YANG/YIN
Yin/yang classes offer a balance of the two styles of yoga I practice, with the addition of strengthening movements to activate key muscle groups to support your practice and your daily movement. These provide a gradual wake-up or wind-down, depending on the time of day, as we work from yin to yang in the morning, or yang to yin in evening, transitioning between solar and lunar energy.
WORK WITH ME
I am available to work with a small number of students 1:1. As a runner and psychologist, I am particularly interested in working with other runners or athletes, those seeking specific core and lower back support (that includes desk jobs!), or those looking to support their mental health. The minimum commitment is 4 weekly sessions, for the investment of £200. This includes a free 15-minute consultation. Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home.
