Nidra: grounding for mental wellness
Yoga Nidra is ‘yogic sleep’. It is a deep relaxation state, hovering between sleep and waking brain activity. There is mounting evidence for the benefits of yoga nidra in alleviating symptoms of a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression and PTSD.
This is a four-week course of live sessions.
