To create community and connection.
To empower through yoga.
We aim to go beyond teaching a yoga class to teaching skills and techniques that continue to benefit our yogis long after our course has ended. Yoga is more than the practice of physical postures (asana), but incorporates meditation and pranayama (breath control), as well as advice on how to live.
